Full- time Semiskilled Laborer starting at $21.86/hr. ($22.36/hr. after probation period)

The City of Lock Haven is hiring two Semiskilled Laborer positions in its Department of Public Works.  This full-time position starts at $21.86 per hour and increases to $22.36 at the end of the probation period.  Included are paid holidays, 4 personal days, an allotment of vacation days, plus 8 hours of sick leave per month that can be banked year-to-year as benefits when an accident or illness takes place (like AFLAC).  The employee is also eligible for up to $375 a year in health-related reimbursements.  A complete position description can be found below as well as the application for employment or request an application from hiring@lockhavenpa.gov using the position name as the subject.  Interviews will take place as applications are received, and the deadline for applications is 4PM on Friday, March 29, 2024.
