The 2019 codification of the Code of the City of Lock Haven is now searchable online and contains all ordinances and amendments through July 2, 2019 (through ordinance 993).  Ordinances and amendments to ordinances adopted since July 3, 2019 are also available through the searchable online link above and can be found by clicking on “New Laws” in the navigation menu.

The electronic version of the City of Lock Haven Code of Ordinances is not the document of issue and the City of Lock Haven’s printed and published Code will remain the primary source and document of issue for all purposes. In the event of a conflict between the electronic version of the Code of Ordinances and the official printed City of Lock Haven Code of Ordinances, the official printed Code of Ordinances shall govern. Copies of the official City of Lock Haven Code of Ordinances may be purchased from the City at $0.25 per page. The user is advised that there may be amendments to the Code of Ordinances which have been enacted after the last revision date of the electronic version of the Code of Ordinances.
