The City of Lock Haven is enforcing an Order of the Chief of Police that at designated “curbside pickup only” parking spaces in the downtown and on Bellefonte Ave, it shall be a fine of $25 for parking in a space marked as such for any reason other than pickup at the designated restaurant.

Parking in the downtown commercial business district is available both on-street and in parking lots and is enforced Monday through Saturday, from 9AM to 5PM (except for New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas
Day).

• Parking lot meters:  First 15 minutes free (press button), 25 cents per hour after.  Maximum 8 hrs. 15 mins.
• On-Street meters:  First 15 minutes free (press button), 50 cents per hour after.  Maximum 2 hrs. 15 mins.

For long-term regular parking customers, consider purchasing a monthly parking permit in one of the City’s lots.
