FOOD TRUCKS:

All mobile food vendors operating within the City limits must be registered with the PA Department of Agriculture and also abide by the City’s Mobile Food Vendor Facilities Ordinance (Food Trucks) (no permit required in the City).

DOOR TO DOOR SALES:

All Transient Retail Vendors (door-to-door sales) must register with the City of Lock Haven Police Department (20 E Church Street, Lock Haven, PA) and abide by the Transient Retail Vendors Ordinance (permit required)
