All fines should be paid within 5 days at one of our drop boxes, or online.
Boxes are located at:
- City Hall, front of the building
- City Hall, side of the building
- City Hall, in the entrance way M-F, 8:30 to 4:30 (closed 12-1)
- Downtown, in front of Shang Hai Chinese Restaurant
- Downtown, in front of Odd Fellas Restaurant
Lock Haven assess the following fines for violations for parking:
- On Street Meter $5 ($7 after 5 days)
- Off Street Meter $3 ($5 after 5 days)
- Fire Hydrant $15 ($20 after 5 days)
- No Parking Zone $15 ($20 after 5 days)
- Against Traffic $15 ($20 after 5 days)
- In Front of Driveway $15 ($20 after 5 days)
- Within 20 Feet of Crosswalk $15 ($20 after 5 days)
- Double Parking $15 ($20 after 5 days)
- More Than 12″ from Curb Line $10 ($15 after 5 days)
- On or Blocking Sidewalk $15 ($20 after 5 days)
- Not Within Space $15 ($20 after 5 days)
- Disability (“Handicapped”) Zone $50 ($60 after 5 days)
- No Parking Zone 12:30AM-7:30AM $15 ($20 after 5 days)
On the fifteenth day after the ticket has been issued, the ticket will be forwarded to the office of the district judge for prosecution. Tickets forwarded to the district judge are subject to additional fines, fees and penalties as prescribed by law.
