Chief WWTP Operator

The City of Lock Haven is hiring a Chief Operator for its wastewater treatment plant that treats more than 2.1 million gallons of wastewater each day for 7 partners of the city.  The position includes the evaluation and supervision of treatment plant operators, oversight of the city’s industrial pretreatment program, and participation of the collection of and assessment of data for reporting to state and federal agencies.  The position requires a Department of Environmental Protection Class A Operator’s License, a valid PA drivers license, and knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
