Planner & Development Coordinator

The City of Lock Haven is accepting applications for a PLANNER & DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR.  This is a fulltime member of the City’s executive administration team, overseeing application and administration of federal, state and local development grants and incentive programs, administering the City’s Historic Advisory Committee and Commercial Loan Program, zoning and land development administration, and the City’s recycling and Sustainable PA initiatives.

The qualified applicant will have a Bachelor degree, and experience with federal, state and local grant administration.  A Masters in Community & Economic Development as well as successful administration of Community Development Block Grants will be preferred.  Eligible qualified Section 3 residents are encouraged to apply.
