Finance Director

The City of Lock Haven is accepting applications for a FINANCE DIRECTOR.  This is a full-time member of the City’s executive leadership team, overseeing $11-million in funds including a $4.7-million General Fund, providing oversight and direction on financial investments, transaction processing, record keeping, reporting, debt administration, tax processing and payroll, and budgeting.  The position leads and supervises two full-time employees and two part-time employees.

Qualified applicants will be a Bachelor in Business Administration in Accounting, or a B.S. Accounting, with four or more years related experience.  Two years of supervisory experience in local government, a Masters in Professional Accounting and a CPA license are preferred.
