Administrative Secretary

The City of Lock Haven is accepting applications for an Administrative Secretary to the City Manager.  This is a fulltime member of the City’s executive leadership team, performing a variety of administrative functions that require the application of independent judgement and interpretation of policies and regulations such as the preparing, proofreading and distributing correspondence, local and state reporting, registrations, processing employee benefits, updating the city’s website and helping to meet the needs of residents.  For a copy of the position description click here.

Qualified applicants five years of office administration experience preferred with a preference for experience in employee benefits and insurance and an understanding of basic principles of bookkeeping/accounting.
